Job Purpose

  • To align and execute product strategy for Enterprise Mobility

 

  • Manage the complete lifecycle through collaboration with cross functional teams

 

  • Achieve enterprise mobility revenue with making and execution of GTM along with cross functional teams

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Market & Customer Insights – Collect sharp and actionable insights through Market research for identification of customer needs, competition moves and identification of new product led opportunities.

 

  • Business Planning – Market mapping of current and future product capabilities, sizing of business opportunities and co creation of enterprise mobility data & voice product roadmap. Identification of partners relevant to build strong mobility propositions. Build a proper MIS and analytics framework for the vertical to identify various opportunities.

 

  • Operational Excellence - Drive day-to-day product and revenue management by effectively interfacing with cross-functional teams Sales Segments, Commercial, CVM, IT & Finance teams. Aligning configuration of new products with faster turnaround team. Streamline activation related processes in coordination with CS teams.

 

  • Revenue Management –Connect and alignment of GTM with segments team to deliver desired acquisition mix and quality of acquisition. Connect with CVM teams to align and run campaigns for increase in bundle adoption and improve engagement.

 

  • Capability Enhancement–Need-gap analysis, proposition development, documentation and go-to-market plan.  Deliver new products & capabilities to increase penetration and adoption of various mobility related services including Volte/VoWiFi/ESim

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • 3-5 years of Relevant experience in product management, including experience in Enterprise B2B and consumer segments for mobility data & voice products.
  • Strong systems and process orientation, with knowledge of postpaid activation, CRM & billing systems.
  • Relevant knowledge & experience in associated roles of commercial/pricing strategy & customer lifecycle value management.

  • Powerful influencing/ negotiation skills, effective relationship management skills and proven ability to function within a complex organization

 

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Graduate with MBA
