Job Purpose:

Drives IT demand management,  solution and devops for enterprise and emerging technology domains, including IoT, Cloud, digital acquisition and AI-enabled platforms. The role ensures ideation of requirement, capability-building and stable operational performance for application ecosystems along with supporting platform transformation & AI readiness for Enterprise landscape

Key Responsibilities

• IT demand management,  solution and devops for IoT & Cloud platforms/stack across Enterprise IT.
• End-to-end product lifecycle from strategic ideation, requirement feasibility and technical architecture to successful market rollout for Digital, Cloud, IoT, BSS, and OSS initiatives.
• Manage the IT demand pipeline and lead governance frameworks with partners.
• Ensure stable operational performance of IT services with high-quality, error-free implementations and consistent experience.
• Integrate AI practices into DevOps workflows to improve delivery quality and operational efficiency.
• Drive optimal platform migration and transformation programmes, ensuring cost-effective solutioning and partner governance.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to continuously enhance solution quality and delivery capability.
• Deliver strategic projects on agreed timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams and technology partners.
