Job Purpose
  1. This position will be responsible for preparation  for all Revenue & Subscriber related reporting in a standardized format to Circles / State level leadership
  2. Responsibility for analysis in the areas of Revenue  for each of the  circles , provide insight , and analysis to highlight various trends.
  3. Monitoring of the Revenue related KPIs (Budget Vs Actual) for each of circles & highlight the variances to intervene
  4. This  position also involves  interaction & coordination  with Circles /Regions to provide reporting requirements and resolve their queries
  5. Responsible for providing the input for automation, work on automation opportunities along with internal BI team for key business KPIs and documentation of SOP or processes
  6. Reporting through advanced excel / Hyperion Planning Module
  7. Opex benchmarking and providing various insights to circle management & working towards cost optimization areas
  8. ADHOC Analysis on various site level analysis / town level performances etc..
  9. Analysis on opportunities in the areas to improve subscribers & revenue
  10. Analysis in the areas of cost of customer acquisition in both prepaid & postpaid

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
  1. Prepare Daily/Weekly and Monthly Revenue Reports in standardized format along with various KPIs and circulate to Circles with key observations
  2. Analyse reasons for variation in Revenue and provide projection and estimate  of UL /Non Ul revenue & tertiary trend circle wise .
  3. Monitoring of the Revenue & subscribers related  budget at circle wise  for both prepaid & postpaid business separately
  4. Ensure database management to facilitate smooth reporting activities in place
  5. Drive automation needs of all Business Finance related reports at Corporate / Circles
  6. Analysis in the areas of network site performances and cost optimizations analytics

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
  1. At-least 1-2 years of Telecom Reporting Experience
  2. Deep analytical skills and right attention to details in MIS reporting
  3. Good Working Knowledge Excel, PPT making & Knowledge of Hyperion tool & BI (added advantage)
  4. Excellent team player with good collaborative skill
  5. Influencing skills, ability to connect with stakeholders across functions and verticals
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
