    Job Purpose

    The Decision Support, Consumer Finance role delivers accurate and timely regulatory reporting, competitor benchmarking, and commercial performance insights for the consumer business. The role supports senior management, Investor Relations, Board discussions, and other internal stakeholders with reliable analysis and data to enable informed decision-making and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage TRAI reporting within strict timelines, ensuring complete accuracy and compliance.
    • Quarterly and Annual competitor benchmarking on various key KPIs  and reporting .
    • Compile and circulate commercial performance reports, including market pricing benchmarks across operators, to senior management.
    • Support the Investor Relations team by providing required data for Board meetings and investors call
    • Deliver accurate data at short notice to meet ad hoc requirements from regulatory and internal stakeholders
    • Analysis on product related business cases and insight building along with post launch evaluation

    Technical/ Functional Competencies
    • Regulatory reporting process and compliance understanding
    • Analysis of financial reports and results
    • Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Administration, HPM, S4HANA etc
    • Coordinating with internal stakeholders for fast TAT
    • Telecom Subscriber and Revenue Economics

    Qualifications & Experience

    Minimum Education Qualification

    CA / MBA (Finance) from a recognised institution.

     

    Years of working experience

    Minimum 6 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in FP&A, commercial finance, regulatory management, financial analytics, or industry benchmarking.
