Job Purpose

The position involves facilitating the seamless execution of various culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives within the Corporate cluster, as outlined by Corporate COEs. Additionally, the role entails active engagement and communication with cross functional spocs, teams and vendors, addressing queries and managing dashboards. A key aspect is delving into analytics for employee engagement and communication, providing insights on usage, participation, and trends, and ensuring the inclusion of all new employees. This role spans across Communication & Engagement Lead, D&I Lead, and Partner Workforce Management Lead for the corporate office.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Employee Engagement:

Assist the Engagement COE in flawlessly executing national events, involving participant connection, query handling, vendor coordination, and logistics. This collaborative effort extends to working closely with the corporate commercial team, brand team, and external vendors.

Collaborate with the SPOCS, cross functional teams team to organize and execute engaging events at the Corporate Office.

 

  • Employee Communication:

Coordinate and partner with technology, events and communication agencies, and internal teams for live events on our intranet portal, engaging senior stakeholders.

Work in tandem with the Brand team to deliver communication collaterals, ensuring timely completion of requirements.

Support Internal Comms COE in ‘Employer Branding’ initiatives across internal and external media platforms.

 

  • Intranet Portal Management:

Conduct Analytics, preparing reports and dashboards to provide insights on usage and empowering national SPOCs to drive participation.

Ensure timely updates, hygiene checks, people management, and troubleshooting, including the management of online communities on Workplace

 

  • Financial Management:

Create reports and track expenditures for various Engagement, Communication, and Inclusion initiatives.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Previous experience of internal communications is preferable
  • Experience of working closely with HR and Senior colleagues and strong experience of building networks and relationships to deliver results
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to influence and navigate in tough situations
  • Proficient in using MS Excel
  • IT skills including use of social media (LinkedIn, Google Products, Survey Monkey tool etc.)
  • Skill in prioritizing and efficiently managing individual workload, coupled with flexibility to adapt and respond to emerging issues, tight deadlines, and other demands or challenges as a team member.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver within stringent timelines
