Location	Mumbai
Job Purpose	This position primary role is to provide essential support to the collection efforts of the organization. Work closely with Billing & Collection team and other stakeholders to ensure payments and TDS processing, TDS & GTDS Reconciliation, vendor allocation and pay-out calculation and effective AR reduction. The candidate should ensure through audit dashboards that the Billing & Collection vertical are adhering to standard norms & policy compliance as laid by the company
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Customer data base handling on GST compliance ECGF governance & insights to core team on periodic basic Internal & External Audit reports Customer Master & Exception Management Control National Policy creation, Implementation and Monitoring AOP & Collection Agency Management DRT and complaint process management Contribution in process enhancement and automation to enhance billing efficiency and reduction in Bad debts.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Target Oriented Approach Risk assessment and analytics Manage Internal & External audits Sound in Process / systems knowledge / experience Strategic thinking ability and good data analysis skills Excellent Communication Skills and presentation skills
Must have technical/ professional qualifications	Any Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with added advantage of Billing, Accounting and Finance Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) Analytical Skills: BI & SQL
