Job Purpose	The Circle SCM Ops role ensures disciplined monitoring, governance, and reporting of supply chain cost initiatives and compliance obligations across all clusters within the circle. The role drives operational efficiency through structured NFA management, payment governance, and digitalization to support the circle's Sanchay savings and DigiLeap commitments.
Key Responsibilities	Monitor and govern cost saving initiatives across all clusters, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Validate opex and capex savings data with Corp Finance to confirm EBITDA impact and cluster-wise performance. Manage NFA processing end-to-end — ensuring correctness, RA application, and timely corporate approvals. Consolidate and process cluster payment proposals, resolving insourcing, infra, and vendor payment issues. Coordinate and drive periodic cluster review meetings — deck preparation, validation, and presentation. Ensure compliance with BSC KPIs, Sanchay scoring, HSW audit closures Execute digitalization initiatives to improve productivity, reduce errors, and shorten TAT.
