Job Description

  1. Organisation Structure

 

Head CNC > Head Carrier Collections> AGM- Fixed line Voice , Data & ISP

 

  1. Job Purpose (In one or two sentences)

This position is responsible for managing Credit Risk and Receivables with a view to minimize bad debts covering VIBS receivables –FLV & FLD (Multiple Products) & ISPof Carrier Customers along with suitable process improvement. Is also accountable for Payment Posting, Reconciliation, GST issues, Recovery and Policy making. Should have B2B collection experience of 5-10 years

  • Achievement of  Business KPIs of VIBS CNC  through various measures
  • Collection and Bad Debts KPI achievements
  • Cross functional coordination to achieve organisational goals s
  • Leverage scale benefits and operating efficiencies like improving Due date Collections and higher compounded collections efficiency
  • Timely resolution of dispute through cross functional teams    
  • Account Receivable Reduction
  • Collection back office management to support  collection processes
  • Ensure Process Compliance

  • Target Oriented Approach
  • Competent professional having experience in handling processes like collection ,payment reconciliation ,TDS reconciliation and GST
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies and resolve with cross functional departments
  • Managing entire collection life cycle management of customer
  • Risk assessment and analytics
  • Receivables management (Collection expertise) ,active & Deactive
  • Expert in B2B and Large account management and have experience of handling large accounts Pan India 
  • Sound in Process / systems knowledge / experience
  • Strategic thinking ability and good data analysis skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills and presentation skills
