Job Purpose

The HR BP Team Member will partner the HRBP – Operations team, on delivery of transformational people agenda thus enabling the business strategy.

The role will support in highest delivery of all strategic HR topics (L&D, OE & Change, Reward and Strategic Workforce Planning) across the Operations functions. The incumbent will need to manage the delivery of people operations by influencing, project management and collaborating with other HR service providers (HR Shared Services, COEs, and Function BP’s) thus enabling the delivery of the people agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business priorities and partner with the function and HR Team to deliver key drivers through focused people initiatives and collaborative execution.
  • Partner closely with leaders on all aspects of HR ranging from - talent priorities, inclusion, capability building, performance management, engagement and RnR.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with managers, leaders and all stakeholders to influence and drive the people agenda.
  • Leverage best practices across circles and national programs to meet functional needs and enable high quality HR delivery.
  • Support in governing overall Circle HR Operations and drive parity in process execution across all circles
  • Lead and govern circle level efforts to infuse young talent through the CET program (campus) and targeted lateral hiring.
  • Manage and publish governance dashboards, trackers and scorecards with actionable insights for the leadership teams.
  • Analyze multiple data sources and HR health parameters to recommend impactful interventions.
  • Act as a Change Agent, continuously improving effectiveness and employee experience within the Operations organization.

 

                                                                                                          

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Minimum 2 -3 years post-qualification experience in HR with a large sized Organization
  • Significant experience to drive projects through others in organizations / set ups with scale and size
  • Skills: Influencing, Negotiation, Strategic Thinking and Analytical bent of mind
  • High on Interpersonal Relationship Orientation

Must have technical/
professional qualification

  • Post-Graduation in HR from Tier 1 campus
  • Understanding of HR Systems & design in Matrix Organization
