  1. Job Purpose

To manage/lead Cloud business in order to attain market leadership in SME-SOHO segment, through growth, in terms of revenues, market share and margin, whilst complying with agreed budget, timescales and agreed policies. To enable circle sales team including channel partners to nurture Data centre/ cloud portfolio opportunities

 

  1. Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas

 

  • Achieve budgeted revenue (DB) for Cloud & Analytics by driving monthly OB  and Acquisition as per the plan ,
  • Assists field sales in driving complex opportunities by driving specific tangible projects to drive business development, strategy planning for Non Mobility business in target markets.
  •  Work with team of Tech and Managed partners to ensure the development and execution of funnel /pipeline  and drive +1 penetration in Mid-market accounts
  • Interact with Product  & NPD team to ensure relevant products/solutions are introduced  for SME-SOHO
  • Building community of System integrators/IOT aggregators (across Verticals ) & Start-ups to expand coverage in the market and also Identifies and demonstrates technology solutions for customer applications

To establish all New product in  market like Data centre portfolio, Edge computing, SaaS/IaaS and all new launches with target  revenue  as per the plan

 

  1. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications

 

Desired Competencies/ Skills

  •  10-12 years of B2B sales / product experience in Telecom.
  • Knowledge of specific areas – Data centre, platform (PAAS) & Cloud specific Solution, domain Knowledge of Fixed Line data & Voice solutions.
  • Understanding of working & pitching complex solutions to customers along with channel management
  • Distinctive problem solving, strategic and analytical capabilities

 

Educational Qualifications

  • MBA  ( desirable not essential )
  • BE/B Tech

  1. To achieve Acquisition numbers of Cloud & analytics as per the DB.
  2. Revenue target for cloud & analytics as per the DB
  3. To  increase No of  SI’s/aggregators., Cloud base and Analytics base
  4. CP – Productivity – 70%  Productivity of Tech and Managed partners -
