Job Purpose

Role Overview

To develop and manage the FLD Business with allocated OTT/CDN/DC Customers in India region, in line with Vodafone Idea long term view of the business. Gain market share growth through profitable Revenue growth. Achieve other strategic gains across Vodafone Idea by working across stakeholders in Circle operations and carrier eco-system.

Key Result Areas /Accountabilities

  • Own the OB, Revenues and Margins for the allocated Carrier/OTT accounts while driving profitable Market share for Carrier Data services in the region
  • Evolve business strategy for set accounts to meet the strategic objectives of the business like Co-develop and deliver Carrier innovative Data products based on customer requirement and feedback
  • Work with cross functional / OEM’s in addressing key growth potential in OTT/CDN space by effectively working across markets and teams to deliver value
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver scale and reach benefits of Vodafone Idea to the customers
  • Work with C&C team and provide escalation support in managing and controlling customer receivables

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achieve Revenue, Growth and Market-share targets
  • CSAT – drive CXX within the set of customers. Ensure minimal churn and maximum resigns
  • Manage Receivables

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • 8-10 years’ experience in Carrier or Enterprise Fixed Line Sales, in-depth understanding of local/Global Carrier Data Market
  • Strong and established relationships with OTT& Carrier customers and suppliers
  • Good understanding of key business aspects like Financial modelling, Technology, fixed line services and market evolution
  • Analytical and Communication Skills, ability to manage ambiguity
  • Negotiation Skills along with innate understanding of Customer behaviour to help drive all
