Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
Ensure Channel Billing & Payout queries at Circle. Monitoring actulal payouts Vs provision. Review of month end provisioning received from sales and shared with SSC team. Monthly Dealer Debtor balances shared with SSC for provision. On Roll & off roll employees Incentive validation and submission with HR. Monthly Dealer commission data shared with truebook vendor for GST invoice creation. GST reimbusement via NEFT/E-top upand handling queries related with GST Reimbursment Ensuring new channel onboarding in SAP with all required approvals. Settlement of Channel FNF's. Submission of monthly & quarterly ICFR controls and resolve audit queries if any. |

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience |
Handling channel GST invoice reconciliation with GSTR 2A and payments through ETOP/NEFT. GST recovery from Dealer FNF's against non filling if any. Updation & deletion of authorised signatories in VIL banks & action for closer of Non operative banks.

Must have technical / professional qualifications |
Graduate, preferably an MBA with experience around 5-7 years in telco/ FMCG/ Consumer Durables. Good communication skill in English and Bengali |
