Job Purpose

To identify and deploy best practices in HR, create robust HR processes, consistently maintain HR systems and execution of smooth processes, partnering with all the functions to ensure internal customers satisfaction.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Drive the Rewards & Recognition program at the Cluster (National/Local)

Budgeting and Cost (FTE & NON -FTE)


SIP monitoring & governance 

End to end VIMSL management (Hiring to Retiring)

Compliance management 

Manage and govern the Associate lifecycle through the agency implant 

Deploy all Rewards and benefits for employees communicated by Corporate Rewards 

Employee education on policies /benefits etc.

Payroll Management

Partner workforce management ( Recruitment, Payroll, Statutory and Exit) - End to end cycle

Statutory and Compliance

Basic knowledge on rewards, benchmarking

Hands on in Annual appraisal activity

Handle Rewards and recognition
