Job Purpose |
Manage and grow prepaid revenue business for the circle/cluster by leveraging pillars of growth (Unlimited penetration) and grow subscriber base through effective acquisition and retention strategies. |
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
With almost 80% of circle revenue dependency on prepaid business, the role of prepaid specialist becomes critical as we look to penetrate in priority markets and challenge competition. Key accountabilities of the roles include:- - Drive crucial revenue agenda for the circle through effective UnR techniques (drive UL% / grow PF/ drive Combo Voucher / Combo to UL conv/ drive recovery% from decay base /monitor and grow ARPU). - Drive subs addition, value extraction, 4G subs - Drive the digital agenda for the cluster - Front-end the GTM for the circle for all marketing and revenue initiatives - Continuously monitor and dialogue with CVM BDM to maximize revenue agenda through 121 campaigns - Cross-functional drive with field teams and back-end teams to deliver on agreed projects/deliverables which directly impact revenues and subscriber addition - Subs , Usage & Revenue Tracking - Daily , monthly tracking of key performance indicators at sub level |
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience |
Data crunching Understanding of Excel/Access/SAS/BI Analytics CLCM Exposure to 121/ CVM process handling shall be added advantage. |
Must have technical / professional qualifications |
1. Post Graduate MBA with 3-7 years’ experience 2. Analytical and Data crunching skills 3. Communication and presentation skills 4. Go to market |
