Job Purpose

The role will be responsible for execution and Compliance of the service delivery within circle to fulfil the Vi deliverable as per the Customer / business requirements.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 5]:

  • Compliance to end to end service delivery processes & procedures for driving Service Delivery as per committed RFS timelines to the customers.
  • Adherence to project management practices of Cost, Time and Quality with effective communication compliance in line with Vodafone values.
  • Engage with cross functional team to enhance Order to Delivery conversion to support business and accelerate the revenue realisation.
  • Manage Customer interactions in delivery circle and follow escalation process for to address customer related issues.
  • Govern partner and field team to ensure service delivery is completed as per quality and raise the benchmark continuously to improve customer experience.
  • Compliance to SLA and KPI driven execution in the field to provide best in class customer experience for Business team on Service Delivery Domain.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

  • 5 - 10 years’ experience in Service delivery of Data Communications, Telecom and networking.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a Telecom Service delivery function
  • Experience with Data Networking platforms and Enterprise products & services
  • Vendor governance /resource utilization

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Education Qualification

  • BE in Electronics & Communication/ Telecommunication

  • Good stakeholder-management skills to interface with customer and partners
  • Effective communication and inter-personal skills
  • Proactive in approach with positive attitude
  • Balanced in handling emergencies
  • Must have Project Management certification and CCNP certification
