Job Purpose

Take responsibility of Active MT, SPO & KRO Count



Key Result Areas/Accountabilities


Promoter onboarding  - Admin & Business; Smart Phone Outlet (SPO) chain engagement;

Promoter Productivity: Team Leader's (TL) monthly PJP setting & tracking; VISA adherence on attendance & training; Key SPO- KRO visit as per defined PJP; Carry out OJT

Drive Shopper activations as per design shared by corporate or circle

Liaising with the Zonal Team. I am a part of zonal reviews on performance & support sought


Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Interpret & construct performance reports
  • Execute agreed actions on Promoter monthly attrition.
  • Monitor TL & Promoter incentive earning





Must have technical / professional qualifications

Graduate, preferably an MBA with experience around  2-5  years in telco/ FMCG/ Consumer Durables. Good communication skill in English and Bengali
