Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
Promoter onboarding - Admin & Business; Smart Phone Outlet (SPO) chain engagement; Promoter Productivity: Team Leader's (TL) monthly PJP setting & tracking; VISA adherence on attendance & training; Key SPO- KRO visit as per defined PJP; Carry out OJT Drive Shopper activations as per design shared by corporate or circle Liaising with the Zonal Team. I am a part of zonal reviews on performance & support sought
