Job Purpose |
APA Service Delivery would support for Assets & Project Accounting & general accounting processes to all VIL (Vodafone Idea Ltd) circles in India. The role would involve strong understanding of Assets Accounting activities, SAP system knowledge and required skillset to manage statutory audit and reporting. Process owner would be expected to liaise with the shared service center and govern processes. Process owner need to ensure adherence to Internal Controls and SOX Compliance norms relating to the APA process. |

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
-Seamless Standardized Process & Service Delivery : - Manage day to day APA operation and ensure operation is performed smoothly - Build all control required for seamless delivery - Managing month end closing requirements - Keep updated on new corporate guidance and its impact on accounting -· Ensure intercompany and scrap transaction are carried out on time ·- Ensure updation of FAR and work to improve APA KPI · - Discussion with various stakeholders in circles, network and SSC to meet various integration related requirements - Perform Root cause analysis for SLA noncompliance and take corrective action ·-Understand business requirement to deliver result
2. Audit & Compliances · Active participation in statutory and compliance audit requirements · Ensure to meet IFCR controls requirements and identify risk areas for mitigation · Timely and smooth completion of quarterly and yearly audit · Ensure proper documentation for Internal controls and ICFR requirements
3.Operational Excellence · Active role in various transformation and ERP related integration · Drive various automation and process improvement to bring efficiency and improve productivity · |

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience |
· Must have a solid hands on experience of Fixed asset accounting of 3-5 years · Excellent hands on experience in handling bulk data · High level of maturity as the role involves handing of various non-finance stakeholders at circles and SSC · Technical knowledge of accounting standards |

· Chartered Accountant/Inter CA · SAP knowledge must · Knowledge of NSS |
