Job Purpose

This position is responsible for managing Credit Risk and Receivables with a view to minimize bad debts covering all trade receivables – Mobility (Retail & Enterprise), Operator receivables & Payables, Fixed Line Voice & Data (Multiple Products), Terminals, Data VAS, Bulk SMS.

On Postpaid Retentions, Responsible for driving Retention at FOS agencies and Retail teams. (Consumer & IOIP), Focus on reduction in Customer churn & Revenue churn

It is also responsible to support business by ensuring world class customer experience to retain them and enhance revenue through On boarding and life management processes.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • monitoring of SSC Operations for C&C deliverables for their respective Circle

  • To influence people and work in a  matrix structure
  • Responsible for National VBS A/c’s (HQ) receivables for all Circles
  • Improve customer retention by driving higher efficiency and productivity at FOS & Retail.
  • Manage Local Outbound, Retail and FOS team for driving retention.
  • Effective Partner / Vendor management to drive retention across zones.
  • Keep a close eye on customer Insighting, Market & competition watch
  • Enhance Digital adoption through Retention FOS and Retail touch points.
  • Share FOS/Retail Churn/Retention performance on regular basis with all stake holders.
  • High Value base management, ensure optimal retention and collections.
  • Support Retail / Collection team in driving retention.
  • Handle Premium base management with help of Retail/ Zones.
  • Arrange, Coordinate and Plan retention visit for high value base by Retail team.
  • Drive collection enhancement and bad debt reduction at circle level.
  • Coordinate with circle collection agencies.
