Job Purpose

This role would be a link between the circle and the UAT PF factory team and would support the UAT team member in the process factory with timely testing of scenarios at the circle level, completion of test cases and submission of UAT artifacts and trackers, to ensure timely and smooth implementation of new development and reduction of customer complaints.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Circle UAT team member will be responsible to support testing of scenarios which are identified by UAT process factory,
    1. for location specific products,
    2. network testing,
    3. Usage / Roaming scenarios, etc.
  • Timely completion of UAT test cases in co-ordination with circle and process factory teams
  • Circle UAT team member would ensure timely submission of UAT artifacts along with tracker to UAT process factory.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Core competencies - Project management, , Demand management, BRS-FRS drafting & comprehension
  • Knowledge – Servicing platform, Billing system, Process understanding & Telecom business insights.
  • Experience – telecom operations of at-least 3-4 years, with system support/UAT experience of 1-2 years.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Graduate or MBA with a min 4-5 years of experience in customer service.
  •  Technical / professional qualifications – PMP certification is an advantage.
