  1. Job Purpose (In one or two sentences)

 

To ensure smooth operations of network with a view to deliver enhanced network experience to the customers with full safety compliance.

 

 

  1. Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas (Max 5)

 

  • Network upkeep. Maintain CPRNA
  • Corrective & preventive maintenance of BSS and MW network
  • Ensuring O&M spare availability, Repair and Return for Operations
  • MTX Infra Operations Management
  • Network efficiency, OPEX cost optimization
  • Governance with MS partners, IPs – for overall operations
  • Estate Management of Operational sites in coordination with IP’s
  • HSW Compliance of Network employees and partners

 

  1. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications (Max 5)

 

  • Analytic, In-depth technical knowledge of Radio and MW Network
  • SME in 2G, 3G & 4G RAN technologies
  • Strong Leadership skills with extensive experience of handling Cross functional teams across functions and vendors
  • Self-Starter,  Customer Focused
  • Quick learner, knowledge on change in technological trends.
  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • Min 12+ years of Experience in Handling Network Projects, Operations and governance of multivendor and multi-technology networks.

Lead – Zonal Operations                                      

Handling upkeep of Operations Zones

Lead – Technical Support Manager

Subject matter expert – RAN and MW, R&R planning and coordination, O&M PR/PO execution and coordinating with zonal team on operations work completion, Network OPEX management including IP and own energy bill management, Cost efficiencies initiatives and drive and SNOC SPOC on circle operations management

Lead – MTX Infra Operations Management

MTX infra upkeep, projects and operations management

Lead – HSW
