Job Purpose

To ensure the O&M related activities of PaCo Nodes (SGSN/MME, GGSN), co-ordination with SNOC and OEM for various HW replacement/SW Upgrade and other system related activities. Conducting Infra audits for PaCo nodes and implementation as per recommendations

Key Result

Areas/Accountabilities

HW replacement of PaCo Nodes
Rollouts of various upgrade of PaCo nodes as and when required in co-ordination with respective OEM and SNOC with proper planning
KPI monitoring and resolution in coordination with respective stakeholders
Monitoring of utilization of critical BW and augmentation before utilization reaches defined thresholds
To understand and analyze data related customer complaints and resolution
Inventory Management and coordination with respective OEM for R&R
Co-ordination with SNOC team for resolution of system related issues

Core Competencies,

Knowledge, Experience

Strong knowledge of MME SGSN and GGSN nodes Ericsson/Nokia domains preferred
Strong knowledge of IP and MPBN nodes CCNA Preferred
Strong knowledge of Telecom technology : 2G , 3G & 4G, VOLTE
Knowledge of PCRF functionality and architecture
Strong understanding of EPC architecture, and PaCo Interfaces like Gn,Gi,3GDT,S5/S8,S11, Gm,SG etc
Knowledge of cloud concepts
Hands-on experience on SGSN/MME/GGSN/MPBN

Must have technical / professional qualifications

BE /E&TC)
