Job Purpose
|
To effectively Program manage the below deliverables including its inter dependencies , by close coordination and interaction with all relevant stakeholders
- Completion of RAN and MW Network Rollout for coverage and capacity covering all technologies, within the budgeted cost, quality and time.
- Equipment Hardware swapping, network consolidation, dismantling and reverse logistic, material management and reconciliation.
- Interaction and Project Governance with all stake holders, internal & external for achieving the roll out objectives.
- Completion of Optical Fiber cable roll out for the Circle , as per budgeted plan and within timeframe
- Infrastructure Provider Relationship Management of Passive Infrastructure at Circle for all Technologies of RAN and Core Networks , ensuring that all RFAIs (Ready For Active Installation) are delivered , resolution of Post RFAI issues timely
- Bills verification and Order Management as per Guidelines of Central Team
- Completion of build out and upgrade of passive infrastructure for Core Facilities and Data Centre Projects

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
|
Project Management of Network Rollout:
- Ensure creation of Project implementation plans , track the Rollout pace , make corrective interventions as required , leading to Rollout completion of all the sites/technologies as per the plans in time
- Conduct Rollout Governance with the Equipment Vendor, Circle SCM for the timely delivery of the Equipment and its Implementation and also ensure integrity of Project MIS reports
- Fresh Inventory management, Utilization, Capitalization and PO Closure
- Ensure Management of Dismantling and Reverse Logistics for timely distribution of reuse material to Inter Circle and Intra Circle , including safety, security and damage prevention of the dismantled material , in close coordination with Circle planning , Circle SCM teams , IP Vendors
- Manage War room with all key stake holders and enable effective monitoring and tracking of Project deliverables to achieve all milestones on time and ensure that resolution of issues are carried out on a real time basis.
- HSW Compliance as per VIL Norms
Project Management of Fiber Rollout :
- Ensure progress and completion of Optical Fiber rollout as per business needs between locations including Last mile connectivity , and fiber readiness to POP locations , in time , by regular interaction with the Vendors , IRU providers , and other internal stakeholders
- Ensure progress in Completion of Survey , BOQ , Material planning , PO release , ROW permissions , rollout , GRN as per plan and also have correct MIS reporting
- Vendor development for all Fiber project related activities
- Facilitate the execution of Small cell/WIFI Fiber & PoP deployment
- HSW compliance as per VIL norms & Compliance of all statutory requirements
IP Relationship & Core facility Projects :
- Ensure Passive Infrastructure deliveries of all Technology Projects of RAN & MW covering FDD,TDD,M-Mimo, Small Cells, Sector Additions, New Technologies, Fiber POP, DWDM, Transport, Core, Charging, VAS, Enterprise, ISP etc in a timely manner , with strong Governance and Relationship management with IP vendors.
- Ensure usage of Order Management Tool at the Circle covering Site wise inventory accuracy, billing data accuracy and IP Fee payment accuracy and manage IP Fee related dispute resolutions
- To manage timely deliveries of Projects for Core Facilities and Data Centres build out , through clear Project Plan & Project Schedule involving all stake holders and periodic reviews and hand over to Operations for acceptance

- B-Tech Electronics & Telecommunications/Electrical & Electronics/Computer Science with 10+ years of relevant experience in various Telecom Projects
