Job Purpose	Channel Management- MPCG Cluster
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Channel Management : Channel Onboarding in system, Full & Final Settlement of channel partners and vendors, Ensuring smooth Primary Billing Operations. Key Governance & control on BRS, Suspense a/c clearance. Control over stores operations : Daily variance, Logical/physical reconciliation / Store audits/ Cash MIS GST Reconciliation & Commission Handling: Channel Payout Processing, Claim Invoice Generation through True Book, GST reconciliation and reimbursement to channel partners. Resolution & support for vendor GST queries, critical Govt vendor reconciliations. Control over of Energy/Rent bill booking n payments, advances , provisions, MNRR reconciliation of VIL & VITIL. Ensuring processing of invoices in IBIPS, DOA compliances & changes. Ensuring control and validation of Prepaid & Postpaid SIP payouts , with key validations Ensuring 100% governance of cluster KPI’s of Channel Ensuring timely timely ICFR compliances with proper back and supporting ERP understanding for SAP & Oracle to guide team Preparation of various monthly schedules. MIS of key accounts & Deck review Ensuring Centralized Data repository by each of team member Extending support to tax team for Tax & Regulatory requirements - case to case basis
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Basic technical knowledge for GST & Income tax Good communication skills, Excellent in MS Excel, Logical Thinking Positive & result oriented attitude Building Team Commitment
Must have technical / professional qualifications	Essential : Experience in Receivable & Payable management, GST Compliances & Audits Handling. Desired : Qualified CA/CS/ICWA-(inter/Final)/MBA Work ex: 3 to 5 years Leaded team size of at least 3-4 members
