Hiring Manager	Head Radio and MW planning across the circles
Job Purpose	Radio and MW planning across the circles
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	-Detailed Network RF /MW design, plan validation and finalization -Detailed BOQ finalization. -Radio/MW network consolidation -Inventory movement plan -Delivery alignment Network Integration support -EMF compliance
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Expertise in Radio and MW planning and optimization in 2g/3g/LTE Layering expertise across multiple technologies and bands within 4G Expertise in introduction of new technologies like Massive MIMOs, residential femtos etc Capex and Radio and MW inventory management based on DB Knowledge of HetNet, Small Cells planning and feature deployments across technologies Expertise in using tools like SON, Geo Location, Planning tools for multiple technologies Excellent communication skills and CFT orientation to work seem Lesly across vendors, central and circle teams
Must have technical / professional qualifications	BE/BTech Engaged in multi technology, multi vendor expertise solutioning 5-7 years’ experience in Radio & MW design, planning and optimization across multiple technologies
