Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
· Responsible for all Infra related O&M Activities with all the IP Partners. · Upgradation & Infra Support extension to internal Customers. · Responsible for implementation of automation & cost-effective measures. · Maintain Infra uptime as per defined SLA & driving various projects with IP Partners to maintain operations at Sites. · Coordination with IP vendors for Infra uptime and signoff. · Coordinate with project and optimization teams for new rollout and network KPI improvement. · Support to BSS Team, coordination to achieve highest network availability of System. |
