Job Purpose |
The role holder acts as the HR Business Partner for the entire partner workforce and VIMSL subsidiary in the circle ensuring that the partner workforce is productive, compliant and future-ready thereby enabling circle business. The role holder constantly identifies and deploys best practices in HR, creates robust HR processes, consistently maintain HR systems and execution of smooth processes, partnering with all the functions to ensure internal customers satisfaction. |
