Job Purpose
|
Responsible for operations and maintenance of Packet Core Devices & operations.
|

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
|
- Hands on Experience in handling the packet core operations, implementation of new nodes
- Conversant with all the packet core KPI's and performance management
- Customer complaints handling and sensitive for complaint closures
- Close interaction within the Core team and also with other related functions
- Team management and building to ensure smooth Packet core operations in the network
- Presentation skills and follow organization values

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
|
- Understanding of PACO Network Architecture and updated on latest technologies including various modules and key components of network.
- KPI Management
- Hands on experience on Nokia Packet Core, Ericsson PCRF, Nokia SRMG, Basic Knowledge of IP Operations.
- Analytical, Reasoning and logical thinking skills
- Positive Attitude towards problem solving, learning new things, adopt changes

Must have technical / professional qualifications
|
- BE/B. Tech in Electronics & Communication with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Training/certifications in relevant cloud technology Private/Public/Hybrid cloud)
- Linux advance Training/certifications
- Open stack Training/certifications
- CCNA / CCNP/ ACE-A/DCACI Training and certification
- Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
