Pushkar Pund (General Manager – HR Business Partner)

Job Purpose

To enable business achieve its objectives by developing employee capability, and ensuring right employee experience

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end HR processes related to talent management and development
  • Conduct training/learning sessions for entry level employees – including induction sessions and classroom behavioral trainings
  • Manage the LMS including scheduling and maintaining records.  Coordinate with HR Shared Service to ensure maintenance of MIS and regular reports sourced from SAP/LMS or inputs to be provided from circle
  • Lead R&R initiatives in coordination with the business leaders, and central rewards team
  • Maintain Employee Relation and liaison in the B.U. town-halls
  • Lead the employee engagement initiatives - includes focused group discussions on various topics, gaining insights through employee interactions, enabling external learning certifications, driving engagement activities like Photography/Sports competitions, festival celebrations in local offices
  • Enhance implementation of corporate initiatives through add-on ideas within the accepted framework, recommend and implement improvements in HR practices within the business unit through several initiatives
  • Support HRBP Operations in driving national & circle level initiatives
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of staff grievances related to various HR policies to maintain cordial management-employee relations
  • Increase motivation and positive morale through direct interaction with managers and employees on a day to day basis.
  • Strengthen operational efficiencies by bringing in automation and innovation
  • Promote meritocracy and a culture that addresses poor performance.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • HRBP exposure from any reputed organization
  • Experience of conducting behavioral training sessions
  • Learning agility
  • Experience in navigating in a chaos environment Player, strong influence and relationship management skills, customer centricity.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Post-Graduation in Human Resources from a reputed institute
