Job Purpose	Drive network performance and customer experience improvements through effective use of network optimization tools, crowd analytics platforms, and feature/parameter optimization, while ensuring efficient management of network complaints.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Analyze network performance using crowd-sourced analytics platforms. Strong understanding of various optimization and monitoring tools used for network optimization. Develop strong understanding of data collection methods and reporting across multiple data sources and identify opportunity areas to improve network performance. Collaborate with the Central Quality team/ CODE/Central Planning to analyze trends and implement learnings, including feature and parameter optimization to enhance network performance and customer experience. Correlate insights from multiple data sources to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. Coordinate closely with circle and corporate network teams to track and resolve network issues, ensuring improved customer experience. Management of network complaints and ensuring resolution of customer issues Pro-active identification of issues which can result in experience deterioration and resolution of the same
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	8–10 years of telecom experience, including at least 2 years in Network Performance & Quality. Strong understanding of network architecture and call flows. Strong analytical and statistical capabilities. Knowledge of analytical systems and tools used for customer experience improvement. Effective stakeholder coordination and collaboration skills. Good understanding of network features and parameters for optimization across different OEMs.
Must have technical / professional qualifications	B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunications (or equivalent). Strong understanding of 4G/5G network architecture, call flows, performance counters, and parameter optimization across various OEM platforms.
