Job Purpose

Lead- P2P, R2R, O2C and Channel Management- MPCG Cluster

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Receivables governance & control: Bank Guarantee, FDR, EMD, Deposits, Advances & various vendor / customer recoveries
• Key Governance & control on BRS, Suspense a/c, stores operations & variances, SACFA/EMF payments etc
• Handling Vendor creations/ payments & Payables governance of VIL & VITIL
• Ensuring processing of invoices in IBIPS, DOA compliances & changes
• Ensuring smooth billing, code creation & full and final settlement of channel partners/vendors
• Ensuring control of channel payouts, SIP payouts, with key validations
• Ensuring IP vendors invoice/credit notes processing & reconciliations, sign offs
• GST reimbursement to channel partners with proper reconciliation
• Resolution & support for vendor GST queries
• Ensuring monthly timely inputs of cost provisions to SSC & governance thereof
• Ensuring 100% governance of cluster KPI’s of P2P, R2R, O2C
• Ensuring timely ICFR compliances with proper back and supporting
• ERP understanding for SAP & Oracle to guide team
• Preparation of various monthly schedules. MIS of key accounts & Deck review
• Ensuring Centralized Data repository by each of team member
• Extending support to tax team for Tax & Regulatory requirements - case to case basis

• Basic technical knowledge for GST & Income tax

• Excellent in MS Excel,

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Essential: Experience in Payable & Receivable management, Audits
• Desired:  Qualified CA/CS/ICWA-(inter/Final)/MBA
• Work ex:  5+ yrs
• Leaded team size of at least 3-4 members
