Job Purppose |
Responsible for proper and compliant Documentation, archival, retrieval and reporting of TERM and Regulatory Role is required to manage and Conduct CAG and COP as required by regulation Role is Required maintain compliance of Sanchar Sathi,ASTR,Dedupe,LEA and NCRP as per requirement |
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
1.Timely access and retrieval of documents for requirements from multiple Law enforcing agencies. 2 Ensuring Timely submission of Term Base 3. Timely action of 4. Monthly TERM compliance including adhoc TERM audits. 5. Compliance to all the interventions by DoT/TRAI to quality of subscriber verification such as Sanchar Sarthi/ASTR/Industry Bulk/NCRP 6. Regular engagement with authorities & CAG/TRAI Work shops
Accountabilities: 1) TERM audit compliance score >99% TERM base & Caf Submission, timely action on ATR with NFA approval & timely penalty payouts to avoid any late payment impacts 2) 100% Compliance on quality of subscriber verification -TAFCOP/ASTRA cases etc 3) Timely engagement with TERM office & successful CAG/ TRAI workshop as per timeline Internal Team audit Compliance & finding (Internal Audit + Internal quality audits) 98%+ |
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience |
1. Knowledge and Subject Matter Expertise around VIL processes, and systems 2. Excellent analytical skills to identify the process/product gaps and provide resolution 3. Good coordination & Influencing skills 4. 2-3 years of work experience with at least 1 year in telecom domain |
