Role	Cluster IT Head
Job Level/ Designation	GM (Band M3)
Function / Department	IT-Application Operations
Location	Lucknow
Job Purpose	Lead and manage the entire circle IT Operations which includes application operation, Cluster IT infrastructure management and End user Support Services. Ensure maximum availability of IT Infrastructure and applications. Drive operational excellence initiatives and track & monitor compliance of service availability commitments through IT KPIs. Demonstrate strong service-oriented approach, taking full ownership of end to end service management in multi partner setup.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Drive operational excellence by ensuring uptime and high availability of applications and IT infrastructure Ensure maximum business user satisfaction by conducting periodic governance meeting with key business stake holders to identify, track and end to end closure of gaps in system, Issues and areas of improvements. Communicate on key feature / functionalities (Implemented and upcoming) Ensure timely and smooth implementation of transformation projects, upgrades and additional functionalities without any business impact. Deliver all KPIs defined for various IT deliverables by close coordination with stake holders and driving the multiparters for stable operations Drive excellence initiatives through automations to bring in operational efficiency and leverage AI, ML, RPA, etc technologies to streamline operations, reduce MTTR, process improvements and foster cost efficiency and business benefits
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Experienced technologist with 12+ years of experience in managing IT Operations in a large telecom operator. Proficient in analytical, independent thinking with a strong technological background. Skilled in managing application operations, incident & problem management, good knowledge of capacity planning and performance management Proven track record of managing production environment, including high availability, SLAs, KPI monitoring. Expertise in driving automation initiatives for incident reduction, process optimization, high availability through cutting-edge technologies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Proficient in managing multi partner , Service delivery and streamlining processes, eliminating redundancies, and optimizing solutions. Good communication and stakeholder management skills to manage partners and business stakeholders alike
Must have technical / professional qualifications	BE, MCA/MBA or Higher
