Job Purpose |
ManagingThis position is responsible for the operations for Channelsof the SME & SOHOSME business for the state through designated Tech Channel Managers and Tech Channels. Develop and build Sales GTM for the designated territory to primarily drive market share increase of products like Fixed line, IOT, IIOT & Cloudcovering all segments SME, SOHO., Govt &Strategic Accountscircle.
This position will build and strengthen the team capability to drive appropriately deploy the requisitnecessary resources to gain market share acrossin the segmentsProduct Pentration Index both in New accounts & farming accounts, achieve bBudgeted Revenue & NPS. DThe role requires to develop & Deploye new routes to market like SOHO, Start Up, and Alliance tie ups to gain market presence in the SME/Soho segment Establish digitally enabled Aqusistion model forrom Government & Startegic accounts to drive productivity & efficiencyand seemless implement NCP.To develop the Channel eco system and new routes to market. Responsible to engage, enable and drive Consumer mobility channels viz. Direct Sales (D2C) and Retail(VMS) viz. Direct Sales (D2C) and Retail(VMS) for SME & SOHO Responsible for governing hygiene and process adherence of channels. Adopt new allied industry best practices and implement Programs/projects as per corporate guidelinesGTM & Capability enhancement of Sales team. Key Accountabilities |
Strategic 1.Plan implementation of sales strategies to grow subscriber base, better penetration and enhance competitive position 2.Channel engagement & development strategies to drive loyalty and retention 3.Operational Responsible for subscriber growth in Enterprise business for the territory allocated 4.Increase the subscriber base through acquisition in new accounts, as well as a deeper penetration in existing accounts within the allocated accounts 5.Account planning & drive sales of voice and data products through the channel partner teams 6.Set goals and targets for the acquisition & retention and monitor the performance of the team

Candidate Profile
|
5- 7 years plus of which at least 2-3 year should be in a managerial positions managing channel sales teams.
Desired: MBA from a reputed Institute.
