Brand Communication – Cluster Brand Team Member

Job Purpose

To roll-out all the Brand Communication (ATL +BTL) for the respective Clusters under the guidance of Cluster Brand Lead

To ensure smooth operations in back end processes related to brand communication



Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

1.    Planning and Deployment of Corporate and Cluster Brand campaigns.  

2.   Strict monitoring of campaign execution efforts in-the market -  IMBOs, Retail Stores and ensuring proper Brand saliency

3.   Financial process deployment – Complete Budget management in terms of raising BPA, managing PR, PO coordination and Payment closured etc. for all the partners associated

  1. Brand guidelines : Ensure all internal/external communication adheres to brand guidelines in the cluster
  2. Analysing the success of Marketing campaigns and creating reports 
  3. Support in planning the cluster brand plan -BTL & ATL for the cluster
  4. Monitor market trends and competitive activities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of fundamentals of brand building
  • Knowledge of ATL and BTL media’s
  • Attention to detail
  • Creative thinking and ability to produce innovative ideas
  • Time and project management skills
  • Process orientation and go to market strategies


Experience of 7-10 years in total of which 4+ years in a similar role

Excellent Creative abilities

High level of execution skills


Must have technical / professional qualifications
