Location:  Bangalore Circle

 

Role purpose:

Service Delivery Manager

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

[max 5]:

1. Delivery of Fixed Line Services Onnet and Offnet

     Last miles as per committed timelines

  1. Connected location / soft upgrade delivery

              TAT<=7days.

  1. Not Connected Fiber Delivery TAT 4 weeks / UBR

Tower.

  1. OFFNET Delivery TAT 4 Weeks /UBR Pole 2

Weeks/UBR Tower 4 weeks

2.Proper program management of customer link delivery

    and manage customer delivery lifecycle till

    acceptance of services by customer.

3. Revenue realization of 80% of in month delivery

     within 90days.

4. Improve overall link delivery experience  through

    Group Engagement - CRFS Compliance - 92%

5. 90% compliance to 8 weeks of inbound delivery

     from WO generation.

6. 90% compliance to 8 weeks of outbound delivery

     from WO generation.

 

 

Core threshold competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

  • Should have a minimum experience of at least

6-7 years in customer front ending for Enterprise lastmile deliveries for customers.

  • Should have PMP certification.
  • Should have knowledge on IP (CCNA certification is an advantage).
  • Should have experience in front ending with customers.
