Job Purpose |
Accountable for L&D, Talent Management and Employee engagement initiatives – National rollouts and cluster level initiatives |
Key Result Areas / Accountabilities |
Location: Karnataka / AP/ Telangana Driving Training need assessment, design and rollout cluster specific / national capability building initiatives. Leverage E learning and drive penetration and Utilization Executive TM Agenda and Drive TM initiatives partnering with HRBP and CLT Design and deliver cluster specific onboarding induction practices Enable DAC process internal Talent pipeline creation and internal career opportunities. Design and executive local engagement initiatives and execute employee engagement initiatives Analyse VPS report and cascade the same to stakeholders, Drive Functional / Cluster action plans Design and delivery along with CLT in building preferred place to work

Relevant Prior experience in L&D and employee engagement is preferred Ability to analyse data and draw insights Sound people engagement skills Effective communication skills |
Must have technical / Professional qualifications |
PGDM / MBA HR Accreditation in L&D tools and methodologies is preferred Certified facilitator credentials will be beneficial
