Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 5]: Improve Network, Service Availability & Transport Performance through new projects
Infra Standardization & Preventive Quality A. Fiber POP Readiness: 100% lit up within 30 days of fiber readiness (Own & IRU). B. Core Services Redundancy: 100% issue closure. C. Infra Correction: 100% for new nodes, +20% over LY for existing. D. EOS/EOL Elimination: COG/CODE driven swaps or traffic shifts.
Inventory & Asset Management Stock Holding: Fresh stock ≤ 30 days avg., Inventory Availability: Spares tracked on central portal., Accountability: End-to-end ownership from supply to deployment. |
Core threshold competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]: 1. Should have experience of at least 7-10 years in Transport project rollout 2. Should have knowledge on IP (CCNA certification is an added advantage). 3. Worked and have knowledge on fiber operations. 4. Worked on ECI/Huawei/Ciena equipment’s with knowledge on NMS login and troubleshooting. |
