Job Purpose |
Driving Customer Upgrades, Customer Engagement, UL/Non UL Net Additions and Tertiary upliftment through the UL & Non UL product interventions |
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
1. Responsible for Subscriber Net Additions & Revenue Earning Subscribers on Unlimited & Non Unlimited Portfolio 2. Be part of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Revenue Planning team with designing marketing initiatives on the same 3. Plan and Execute Usage & Retention initiatives along with CVM team and Sales team 4. Identify market trends and Key opportunities for better execution of Prepaid products in different geographies across AP&T 5. Product Launch for UL & non UL | working in coordination with IN team & UAT team along with formulating GTM Planning & communication plan for New products 6. Analysis of Product Interventions with BI team 7. Competition Tracking |
