Biz Comms architects will drives the national Business Communications strategy — spanning CCaaS, CPaaS, Meta BSP, SIP over Internet, and EPABX/GIPT — to grow order booking and revenue across the Vi enterprise base. This role leads a team of Practice Product Architects across clusters, acts as the primary interface between market demand and product/partner capability, and governs end-to-end delivery, bid quality, and partner ecosystem performance to make Vi the preferred Biz Comms partner for Indian enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Own national Biz Comms practice architecture — CCaaS, CPaaS, Meta BSP, SIP, EPABX, GIPT — ensuring portfolio differentiation and competitive positioning
• Define solution architecture standards and technical positioning for Biz Comms propositions benchmarked against India and global peers
• Guide cluster Practice Architects on complex, high-value solution design and bid architecture for large enterprise opportunities
• Drive national CCaaS, CTS, and GIPT order booking delivery through cluster solution teams and validated funnel governance
• Govern partner ecosystem — Star Tele, Genesys, and Meta — for OB alignment, roadmap inputs, and commercial negotiation
• Drive cost optimisation with OEM and BSP partners across CCaaS, CPaaS, and EPABX to maintain competitive pricing and margin
• Ensure RFP and bid governance to First-Time-Right standards including TAT compliance, solution accuracy, and Win/Loss RCA reviews
• Govern CCaaS delivery compliance and L1 support desk readiness to protect revenue recognition and customer experience
