Job Purpose

Build & scale up quality postpaid acquisitions agenda for the cluster, through differentiated & best in class experience  around digital lead fulfilment, in-store digital experience, localized alliances & initiatives and Enterprise tie ups 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  1. Achieve acquisition net of churn  as per DB for all segment through Retail – Digital, Enterprise (SOHO/ SME), IOIP through large accounts
  2. Grow digital net acquisition contribution to total cluster postpaid sales
  3. Drive digital order fulfilment as per defined SOPs of first call & delivery TAT. This will be through dedicated partners & Vi retail stores
  4. Develop & launch immersive digital experience initiatives, at Vi Stores so as to make them a destination of choice for telecom
  5. Enterprise tie ups & Local activations at HNI catchments for quality Postpaid acquisitions
  6. Streamlining process/Defining processes for smooth verification/activation/collection for enterprise accounts
  7. Liaise & build equity with cluster marketing, cluster retail & corporate team, to ensure timely & impactful roll outs / GTM
