Job Purpose |
To design, create and maintain best in class Infra, Upkeep and Ambience of both Large and Small Format Stores. Also ensure roll out and closure of LFS and SFS happen as per process. Also ensuring all assets like CCTV, HSW Elements, Smart TV elements are well maintained. This person will also lead any new initiative for change in layout of LFS and SFS to make it relevant as per the emerging industry trends and need. At all India Level, there are 460 LFS and 2460 SFS and each project manager will work with 2-3 Clusters depending upon bandwidth and geographical spread. This person will be responsible to manage Infra, Upkeep and Ambience of ~80 LFS and ~400 SFS, which will be a humongous and critical responsibility. He/she will also be responsible to own and manage annual budget planning on Opex and Capex for RnM, AMC, and Housekeeping etc. At Pan India Level ~50 Mn of Capex and 162 Mn of Capex will be managed by project managers. |

Own & Execute Opex and Capex for Repair and Maintenance, AMC and Housekeeping- R&M and AMC cost (Opex Cost) is major part of Retail Budget, other than COCA and this person needs to ensure efficiency in creation of Budget and also execute it by getting the best quality work in most efficient manner. Also LFS rental is one of the key element that needs tight negotiation, he will coordinate with Commercial head rental saving. At Pan India Level 50 Mn of Capex and 162 Mn of Opex will be the responsibility for this person. |
