Job Purpose

Deliver on assigned sales targets, ensure proper availability of VIL’s stock keeping units, effective communication of scheme to trade, training of Feet on street .

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Categorization of retailers to ensure that right customers are acquired through right categories of outlets.  Proper execution and implementation of new and existing products

Retailers servicing the markets should be as per the SPS/CSS which is based on covered population of particular town / geography.

To ensure proper distribution width and depth in and better trade relationship for larger revenue and customer market share

To ensure proper productivity of FOS through proper training and motivation

Execution of transparent process which helps in motivating the channel partners and trade.

Infrastructure maintenance at distributor point and regular feedback for any non-compliance by channel to ASM.
