Job Purpose In the highly competitive telecom business, Network Quality is the key differentiator
Of customer satisfaction. This role will be accountable for quality and performance of
Zonal RAN network and to ensure prompt monitoring and Optimization to deliver superior voice & data experience to customers.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Network performance analysis through OSS/drive test/crowd sourced data and optimization to improve network quality (2G/3G/4G/VoLTE) & customer experience
Use technical expertise and support to improve zonal RAN network.
Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve performance.
Network heath check to ensure consistent performance – drive SA Alarms/parameter audit.
Supports new site rollout to achieve monthly target smoothly by driving database audit, SCFT audit & Performance monitoring
Deriving insights from Customer complaints analysis and recommend corrective actions
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience In-depth technical knowledge in radio network parameters & optimization 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE)
Excellent domain knowledge and hands on experience to use optimization tools Very good analytical skills to trouble shoot network quality KPI degradation/customer complaints
Strong leadership and people management capability, Strategy handling skills, very good cross functional co-ordination.·

Must have technical / professional qualifications B-Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 5+ years of experience
