Job Purpose

To facilitate a smooth acquisition journey as well as be a support mechanism for the entire Sales fraternity for the order to Cash journey involving Enterprise Code creation, Lac Creation, Deal creation & related aspects , culminating into Form Acceptance with a maker –checker setp. Lead a large outsourced team for the Service Delivery for Sales & Account Managers as key stakeholders

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• SL’s adherence ( TAT  for each of the activity broken up) > 90 % in 6 hours
• First Time Right 85%
• Clean %  95% ( end state)
• Partner Engagement Index
• Tnps or Equivalent measurement on Csat levels
• Cross Functional engagement & Coordination
• Zero error in deal Mapping & Provisioning , in turn Zero Debits to partners
• Stakeholder & Team Management
• Complaint Management
• Automation/ Develop Digital Journeys
• Lead New Product UAT’s, CLCM lead on related areas

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Back end knowledge of Surround systems with 5 to 7 years experience
• In depth knowledge of surround applications viz CPOS, SCRM,
• Billing  System Knowledge , Amdocs
• Excel & Access  advanced level orientation
• Enterprise Structure and Back architecture on the Sales process
• Very good Communication skills
• Problem solving ability , Solution Giver
• Process Oriented
• Eye for Detailing

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• IT Back ground Preferred
