Job Purpose

  1. Governance and Audit /Compliance Management
  2. Vendor & Partner Management
  3. Support Project Management
  4. Technical Support to Technology Strategy /Project Function, SCM & Legal
  5. Support & Coordination between IT & ERM/Assurance Departments for IT

Key Result

Areas/Accountabilities

  1. Coordinate Ongoing and Upcoming Audits like UAM, UASL, ICFR, e-SIM, Cyber Security, PCI-DSS, ISMS, BCMS, ITRA…
  2. Interfacing between IT & Internal Audit, External Audit, Tech Security Compliance Teams for all the IT Audits (Internal, External & Statutory)
  3. Support & Coordination between IT & ERM/Assurance Departments for IT related Identified Risks for its closure
  4. Review /Validation of IT Security Policy & Process documents
  5. Partner Management
  6. Understand and facilitate contract and agreement structure with major vendor partners
  7. Technical Support to Technology Strategy /Project Function on Specific Project Requirements
  8. Support Data Centre Migration /Consolidation activities from Governance side
  9. Interfacing between VIL IT Application Owners & various partners on finalization of SOW, RFP documents.
  10. Validation of Technical Part of MSA, various annexures, amendment's along with Application Owners
  11. Technical Inputs & responses to be shared to Vendors, SCM & Legal Team.

  7. Knowledge of Public ,Private and Hybrid Cloud implementation and Migration
  8. Support IT Budgeting activities
  9. Ability to understand the Business Requirement

  1. IT related Audits (ISMS, BCMS, Internal, Statutory)

Technical / Professional Qualifications

 

  1. 8-10 years’ experience in IT Infra /Application & Telecom domain.
  2. Experience in Internal Audit Management and Governance
  3. Experience in Vendor & Partner Management
  4. Experience in Handling Technical SOW/RFP document/contract Management in IT domain
  5. Experience of working in multi-vendor setups
  6. Strong knowledge of MS office, PPT, Excel and Presentation skill
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills with sound techno commercial knowledge
  8. Strong presentation and negotiation skill

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Post Graduate in any IT Stream / BE
