Job Purpose

  • Management professional responsible for the integrity, consistency and compliance with understanding of Digital Analytics.
  • Is responsible for the understanding the needs of the squads and ensure appropriate technologies and deployed, optimized and robust solutions are made to manage personalized, contextual and seamless experiences.


Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Relationship with other roles

  • The PM participates in coordination meetings with technology chapter leads to align standards and technologies and solutions.
  • Gives inputs to Technical teams, PO’s on feasibility and suggests ways to achieve squad objectives thru feasible solutions.


Ensure high availability and performance of Digital Assets

  • Owns end to end Digital Analytics.
  • Displays leadership and oversight of implementation and planning, system integration, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainability of solutions should come out in digital analytics.
  • Coordinate between teams and for integrating digital analytics.


Creates Digital Analytics roadmap

  • Participates in the platform, product, partner POCs conducted by technology strategy team.
  • Creates implementation roadmap for identified digital assets in line with tribe future needs.


Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Strong Business Acumen, including with an in depth understanding of contribution of digital experience to business strategy.
  • Experience in Digital Analytics
  • Know working understanding of Google Analytics and understanding of tools like Appsflyer, Firebase, JIRA, SOASTA, Tealium and Adobe Analytics.
  • Deep experience of Agile development
  • Strong understanding of operations management.


Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree information Systems or other related field.
  • Min 5  years of experience in areas of handling Digital Analytics feedback and issues with heavy transactional I/O.
  • Must be an evangelist and avid reader. Should be interested in new technologies and be updated with all the analytics tools.
  • Must have an working understanding of Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Firebase, JIRA, SOASTA, Tealium and Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience in designing systems Ensure consistent purchase and care experience across channels.
  • Expertise in digital security and privacy guidelines and design best practices.
  • Experience to design systems to deliver offers that are real time, contextual & consistent experiences across apps.
