Job Purpose

Awareness – Working on visibility mediums like Outdoor, Retail, MBO signages and wall paintings.

Consideration - To strengthen Brand Consideration amongst existing & potential consumers

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Brand Track – Doing an in-depth monthly analysis of the brand track and also referring to NPS data to identifying gaps and opportunity, ascertain communication requirements and suggest corrective measures & action plan.

Corporate ATL Campaigns – Effective and timely execution as per plan using Outdoor, Radio, Cinema, Print, Digital etc media

Cluster ATL Campaigns – Liaison with the agency to formulate a campaign plan, detail out brief with business objective, communication objective and customer insights. Formulate an execution and ensure timely execution of all elements.

Cluster BTL Communication – Work closely with other departments to identify BTL communication needs, liaison with agency to get creatives and artworks, implement the same in market.

AVI - Effective and timely execution of POSM on monthly basis, Keeping a track on POSM dispatch and implementation, Tracking of AVI scores – analyzing the gaps and working on correction areas.

PR – closely work with the PR team and keeping a track of media emotion to identify needs of PR engagement. identify and create opportunities to leverage PR for brand promotion. Working with corporate communication teams and internal departments for PR troubleshooting and crisis management.

Retail - Effective, timely execution of Retail (LFS and SFS) brand elements maintenance and upkeep. Work on launch branding of new SFS and LFS stores

Campaign / communication effectiveness - monitor the effectiveness of the communication through assessment of product performance analysis.

Event & Activation – Planning & executing to amplify cluster and corporate campaign. Extend help to HR for internal events.

Driving Visibility – keeping track of existing saliency mediums in cluster, suggesting plan and means to enhance saliency, execution of signages, wall paintings and other saliency mediums

Internal communication – liaison with HR and internal communication SPOC to execute all internal campaigns. Handle branding at offices, franchisee and partner locations

Budget management, tracking & reconciliation – Raising BPA, PR and closing PO with commercial team. Keeping a track of vendor invoiced and payments. Reconciliation of budget every quarter end. Reporting of spends on monthly basis.

Competition tracking & reporting – track and report competition POSM and ATL campaigns

Vendor Management – Closely liaison with commercial team for shortlisting of vendors and giving inputs for formulating rate contracts and finalizing vendors job various jobs. Provide regular feedback on vendors and keep a track of production & execution TAT.   

Cross functional liaising for closure

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

5 - 7 years of experience

MBA in marketing / past experience in marketing / brand / advertising agencies will be be a plus

Candidate savvy with local geography (Maharashtra and Goa) and local language – Marathi will preferred

Role demands late / stretch working hours and working over weekends.

Occasional travel required (Once or twice a month)
