Job Purpose

To manage and drive distribution KPI’s of prepaid distributors order to attain market leadership in territory allocated within the Prepaid Distribution Segment.

Drive growth, in terms of subscriber base, revenues, market share, complying with retail service norms, to ensure ROI of Channel partners along with handling FOS.

Focus on Channel Infrastructure and Channel Eco system to increase the customer acquisition and Data market share at assigned Area.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Acquire Quality customers and thus contribute to the Zone/ Circle Business Performance
  • Establish a Best-in-Class distribution footprint and a strong promoter channel where the TSM is supervising promoters
  • Help zone and circle achieve Revenue targets by driving secondary’s through Mass Retail distribution
  • Optimize cost of acquisition and thereby contribute to circle EBITDA delivery
  • Execute New Projects (Transformation & Automation) to meet changing business dynamics
