Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
To maintain Network quality KPIs (DCR,CSSR, Speed) - Best in class on Major routes & IoE areas with consistency as per Corporate Guidelines and thresholds for all technologies 2G/3G/4G - Working closely with cross functional technology teams in improving the quality through site revival, transmission correction, uptime, fibre disturbance reduction. - NPS to be No 1 for VIL - Complaint analytics and using the insights to create a larger picture of quality correction (not just closing the complaints) -TRAI /TERM Regulatory compliance as per guidelines, timely submission of reports and audit as per guidelines -Ensure to lead the network quality optimization and improvement. -ensuring right site rollout in coordination with Code team for providing better CXX.
− Target Setting – DSE − DSE Beat Plan adherence − Systems/formats at DSE end − Drive Distribution KPIs delivery
MD/AD/SD Management − DSE Availability monitoring − Monitor Stock holding − Day to day Performance Review & discussions − Problem Solving − Load Out monitoring − Systems/formats at MD point − HSW compliance |
